1-2-1 OMNI Referral Program

Each Referral = Long Term Income

With each referral, you will earn the following long term, passive income:

1 Month Property Management Fee: Paid after first rent is collected under a new lease to referring Agent's licensed Broker
+ 2% of Rent Collected for First Lease Term: Paid monthly during months 2–12
+ 1% of Rent Collected Thereafter: Paid monthly for continued property management of ALL referred Clients properties

Example of 1-2-1 In Action

An Agent referred a landlord with a monthly lease of $4,500:

Month 1: $360 (8% x $4,500)
Months 2–12: $90 per month (2% x $4500)
Months 13-24: $47 per month (1% x $4725*)
Months 24-36: $49 per month (1% x $4961*)
